PRODUCT
FEATURES
• This product is all organic from
aerobically composted turkey manure.
• 70% of its nitrogen is slow release
(WIN).
• Contains no hazardous concentrations
of heavy metals.
• All composted manures are not alike
because the composting process greatly varies
from one manufacturer to another. The composting
efficacy of Sustane was shown in research
plots conducted by several universities.
TURF
BENEFITS
• Its slow-release nitrogen gradually
feeds over a period of two to three months.
The release longevity of all fertilizers
is reduced by temperatures above 20 oC.
• Its content in humic acids is highly
beneficial to turf physiology in strengthening
its root mass and shoot density.
• Contains an important supply of
Ca, Mg, S, Fe, Zn, and Mn for added turf
tolerance under stress conditions (heat,
cold, drought, diseases).
• One gram of Sustane contains over
1.5 million beneficial bacteria which help
in thatch decomposition.
• Its organic matter improves the
water holding capacity of the soil i.e.
a reduction in drought stress to turf.
• Sustane is quite necessary on very
short-mowing fairways to maintain an acceptable
shoot density.
